Welcome to All Decks we are a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in Deck Building in Kenmore, WA.

We specialize in deck repair, replacement, or rebuilds. We are a full-service deck contractor with years of experience servicing Kenmore, and the surrounding areas with deck installation, repair, or replacement. Our trained professionals have the experience necessary to properly install, repair, and/or replace the deck. Our Process

Get In Touch

When you reach out, via phone call or from our site, you will first meet Jana, our office assistant, who will take notes on the project you need help with.

Jana will then schedule an appointment for Adam, our sales associate, to make a site visit.

We schedule appointments/site visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Confirm Details & Permits

During your appointment, Adam will collect the necessary information to generate a quote.


If you don’t know what materials you are looking for, we have a showroom located in Kenmore, WA. Our showroom displays decking, railing, lighting, and drainage systems.

Once all details are worked out and you are ready to move forward with the project, we will generate a contract for you to sign. Once the contract is signed, you will be placed on the schedule with a preliminary start date.

Some projects require a permit to be obtained through the local jurisdiction. In this case, you will meet Tanner, our sales and permitting specialist. Tanner will draft a set of plans for the project to be submitted to your local jurisdiction. Once the set of plans has been approved and we obtain a permit for the project we will be ready to begin work!

Building Your Dream Deck

As we approach your start date you will be contacted by Howard, the owner/project manager. Howard will introduce you to the Project Lead assigned to your project.

Each crew has a setup that will be left on site for the duration of the project. Porta-potty, job box, generator, canopy.

Come day 1, your Project Lead will get to work and make your dream deck a reality. Our crews work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Once your deck is complete, we will pressure wash the deck and do a final cleaning of the yard to leave it looking better than we found it. Before we leave, we will have a walk-through with you to confirm everything is how you imagined.

Warranty & Feedback

Depending on which materials you chose to have installed there will be warranties with the products. If materials need to be registered, our company will register the material for you, and you will be emailed your warranty information.
